Anita, Yes look online hun, you can read on it....also some standing might be good if ya don't put weight on that foot. Just an idea but please read about it first so you don't hurt yourself. Debra P

Hey Debra, I'm having a great day!!! I hope you are too... Yesterday (monday) i had: B: Sloppy egg sandwich from the deli (bacon, 2 eggs, 2 slices of cheese on a Kaiser hard roll, with Salt pepper and Ketchup)..OMG so good L: 1 can of tuna (made tuna salad ...some pickle relish). with 2 tablespoons of mayo, on 2 slices of whole wheat bread S: Protein Bar, and 4 crackers S: 4 mini meat balls, with 1 cup of broccoli and butter Late Dinner: Wendy's BLT chicken salad with ranch dressing. Scott, Looks really good and congrats on the weight loss... I have to say that I do not agree with your statement about the easy way out thing though, I know what you mean about losing the weight but that is FAR from the issue. Dealing with your addiction is the hardest thing I ever had to do so for me this was NOT the easy way out. You know what I mean? Once you get past the losing part and the real work begins (working on yourself and the addiction) it become SOOOO much harder for sure. Just my thoughts hun and wanted to let ya know that the losing the weight at the start was not the hard part for ME. Take care hun and thanks for posting. Debra P

Lets see, I have to remember....yesterday I had: B - whole wheat blueberry muffin (yum...found these at Trader Joes - 80 calories) S - KozyShack sugar free tapioca L - chicken caesar wrap (ate mostly the inside but some of the whole wh wrap) S - 100 calorie pack of lowfat oatmeal cookies S- 7pm train snack pre-dinner - handful of smoked almonds D - 10pm - late 2 slices herb turkey breast, cinnamon rice cake with 1T lowfat peanut butter, 10 honey wheat pretzel stix very strange dinner but got home late and had nothing prepared so I went picking...I have to plan ahead.

Dee, Yeah when you eat that late I know for me it makes me have some weird dreams going to bed with food in my pouch. Take care hun Debra P
