Anita, Hun did Scott give ya the answers you needed? I really like using the Fitday.com site, it takes some time at the beginning to get the custume stuff in there but after that it is really easy to use. Hun carbs can be low, that is a good thing. I wish mine was around 25 a day! I reach sometimes 75 which is not a low carb diet. I try for no more then 40 but that is so very hard. I know that veggies and fruit are carbs but to me they are the good one. Take care Debra P
