TGIF All, Ok I am home today after having the tooth pulled and WOW do I feel like I wa**** by a Mac truck. Was able to eat some oeatmeal this morning with the Mice milk, I just want to make sure I get my protein in, took my vits also... What I had yesterday: B: 1 serving low sugar Oatmeal After 1 hr from eating I had my Archive One protein drink S: 4 oz carb control yogurt, 1 oz mixed nuts L: 3 oz tuna with light mayo, 6 slices cucs S: 1 oz cheese (baby bell light) D: 1/2 scoop Isopure Zero carb powder with 56 oz Mice milk Water: 64 oz water Sups: 1000 mg of Calcium Citrate 1 Centrum chewables 500 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs (MISSED the rest of the vits after the tooth pulled) Exercise: 35 min walk on trail at lunch time Take care all.... Fern, hey hun I am taking the Tylenol and it seems ok, just a feeling crappy! I am going to have some Progresso low fat soup here in a bit. I wonder if I can use the heating pad now? I iced it last night but they said to only do that for 4-5 hrs. talk to you later hun...HEY what happened with GHI??????? Call me if ya can from work if not we will chat later... Debra P

Good Morning Deb!!! Sorry to hear that you are hurting. But it will pass soon and will feel soooo much better. Sorry I haven't posted much lately, but been spending me free time with my parents. I think I have finally made it past this last plateau, whew it was a long one. I am down 99 pounds as of yesterday. Close but no cigar. I feel great though, and the skinny girls at work are giving me their old clothes that they dont want anymore. Love it Love it Love it. Went to primary yesterday to get my blood work done for the first time since surgery. My blood pressure was very low 92/50 so they told me to eat salt and drink more water. I was happy to hear eat more salt, I love it. Don't know my results yet, but will post when I get them. Then at the end of the month I have to go see my surgeon for a check up. Anyway here is what I ate yesterday B- fasted just in case for blood work S- after dr. appt. had a protein bar, then some new cheese it crackers little flat tasty snacks, not best choice but got some salt in there, LOL L- 4 ritz crackers with cheese and 3 slices of turkey breast luncheon meat S- more of the cheeze it crackers D- salad w/garbanzo beans,carrots, black olives, lettuce, onion, ranch dressing, few bites of steak, and 1/4 of small potato, all with salt. S- soy chips thats all folks, Shannon Arnold 257/158/130???

Shannon, Oh hun congrats on breaking that plateau... I lost some as well but I know it was form worry and not eating all that much Feeling better since I started the gargling with the warm sal****er....sure helps! Oh yeah, gotta love the skinny free clothes... Good to hear that your doing good when you went to the Dr and keep us posted on the bloodwork. Yeah I love salt as well. Well take care hun Debra P

Hey Deb, sweetie, Sorry you're in pain but at least it's behind you now. Did the oral surgeon give you pain meds? If you are managing on plain Tylenol, that's great! Take it one hour at a time...this too shall pass. hugssss, Karen PS: What is Mice Milk?

Ok, so I am new to this one. Just got home today, so trying to keep on top of my liquids. starting at 12pm, 4 oz of crystal lite, 2 oz of chicken broth (not that store bought stuff, but homemade) took a nap around 2pm 3pm started drinking another 4 oz of crystal lite, 2 oz of chicken broth again. I think i'm doing ok, but i am not sure. So far since i've been home, it's been 12oz. not bad for the first day is it? I plan to start my protein tomorrow. Any suggestions would be helpful. Molly

Hey baby cakes. Hope your feeling better. I know its a pain but it will pass in another day or so. Wish I could help you.. B-1/2 can atkins drink 1 small package peanuts l-roast beef carrots green beans and collard greens all veggies yum s- 1 bite of a soft taco d- homemade soup the recipe is awesome... Cabbage.Carrots.Asparagus,tomaotes,onion,garlic,celery,corn,zucchini and squash all in a huge pot with ham hock. Season it with boulon salt pepper to taste some mrs.Dash. Then I added some cube steak ( cook them first) and then add to the soup (protein) and it was soooooooooo good. I can freeze some and you can add rice or noodles if you. I didnt. But u can if u want. Well hope u feel better and know that I love xoxoxoxox
