Hello All,
What I had yesterday:
B: 1 egg white, 1 sl bread with s/f jelly and pat butter.
After 1 hr from eating I had my Archive One protein drink
S: 1 string cheese, 12 grapes
L: 3 oz frilled chicken, 6 slices cucs
S: 1 oz mixed natural nuts with rasins, 1 cup watermellon
D: 3 oz grilled pork chop, some cauliflower
S: 1 serving cheese it's
Water: 40 oz water, 12 oz Diet Fresca
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: 35 min walk on trail at lunch time

GOOD MORNING. HOW R U ?? IAM FINE... I HAD A BAD NIGHT I DONT KNOW WHAT I ATE THAT MADE ME SO SICK. BUT AHHHHHHHHHHHHH... AND I HAVE COMPANY SO I FELT BAD THAT I GOT SICK AND SHE THOUGTH SHE DID IT. BUT SHE DIDNT. I THINK IT WAS THE COCONUT SHRIMP I TRIED YESTERDAY AT RED LOBSTER. I DONT EAT FRIED FOOD AND I THOUGHT IT WAS BAKED, SO THERE IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME
IM STILL 213. EVEN AFTER GETTING SOOOOOOOOOOOOO SICK. IM STILL HAPPY AT THIS POINT I THINK I LOST ALOT AND NOW I CAN SEE AND FEEL IT SO THATS A GOOD THING AND IM GETTING A THREAD MILL NEXT WEEKEND,SO I WILL START EXCERSING. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh HATE IT!!!!! WELL HAVE AGREAT DAY AND KEEP SMILING GIRL...LOVE AND PEACE RONI XOXOXOXX

Hun good to see ya and I am sorry you got sick, know that you are still early on to be testing with high fat foods like fried stuff. Give yourself time and try to stay away from them anyways, they are not really the best for you.
I am KNOW the feeling of feeling bad when you get sick and have people over, trust me!
Most of the people understand and they just have to deal with it, it is part of our new lives now. Sometimes the pouch just gets pissed off and upset for no reason.
It gets better as time goes by but there are times it still peeks it mean lil head to let me know it is STILL the boss.
I have to have my tooth pulled tomorrow after work!! You know me I am a wreck
......I can not keep anything in me...poop crazy.
But hey I lost 3 lbs from that.
well once that is over I am sure the weight will be right back on.

I ate the coconut shrimp thinking it was baked not fried. Im not a fan of fried foods even before the surgery I was never a fan of fried foods. But now I have to really pay attention. Im sorry about getting your tooth pulled I had all my wisdom pulled and I know what u will be going through. Sorry!!!!! Congrat on the 3 pounds I know u have been waiting for the scale to move.. Try and text me when u have time I know your busy. I love u lots xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Yeah work has been so busy but that is a good thing.
Well I had my wisdom teeth pulled as well but I was asleep for them.

...Oh well I know I will make it through but it still makes me sorry like crazy...

I saw your text but I was planting outside. When I came in I thought you would have been back 2 work. I know about the protein and I do have a hard time with that still.. Im getting better some days . I will think about u around 5 and I feel bad for you.. Will u miss work tomorrow??? Know that I loove u.. And by the way how did u know that I ate my roman noodles that way

It is tomorrow at 5:15, not tonight and I am hoping to be able to be in work on Friday.
How do I know you ate them that way????? WOW how you forget, YOU taught me about that and I was doing that up until the day of surgery. pssssttt I have to tell you I even tried it after but I did not get much down, to many noodles..

Awesome that your adding in exercise every week!!!!! Walking at lunch time is a great exercise, it relieves stress, plus exposure to natural light sets off endorphins and improves over all mood.
I've decided to try to wean myself off of protein shakes and bars. There is really no reason for me to be eating them or drinking them anymore, I can eat enough without them, but i've been too lazy up to this point to try and work my menu around the fact that i need at least 120 grams a day. Protein shakes were good for me in the beginning, but i see no reason to have 200 calories of a protein shakes or spend the money on it, when i can just eat that in food. I'll keep a few on hand just in case I need a quick breakfast, and some protein bars on hand for a quick snack.
B: 3 egg and cheese (swiss) omlete, small biscuit
L: can of tuna, with 3 tablespoons of Helmann's real mayo, 2 cups of salad, small homemade brownie
D: Taco salad: 2 cups of lettuce, 3 tablespoons of pico de gallo, 3 tablespoons of ranch dressing, 4 oz of taco meat, 1 taco shell
S: Protein bar
S: 2 oz of taco meat, and a bit of pico de gallo (it's a form of salsa)
