I may be 3 years post op but it still can happen.Watch your protien. When I slack on the protien my hair will start falling out all over again. I can always tell by looking at my hairbrush if my diet is lacking and needs attention in the protien department.

CONGRATULATIONS!! I am 5lbs behind you!! Save me a seat on the bench!! I have gone from a 55.5% BMI to 35% and size 28 to size 14. I never thought I'd be able to say I lost 100lbs - and Ive lost 125!! ..so I know how you feel We all do- and its a wonderful feeling to be able to share it.. Don't worry about your hair- it will be growing in shortly- its a sign that the surgery is working- beleive it or not.. Keep up the great work and keep your protein UP... I was doing 40-60gms a day- and when you are exercising like you are- protein should be higher.. Hugs, Donna

Donna, Thank you and nice to meet you too! Wow you have come a long way ! It is great (and hard to believe) to lose 100 pounds ! My kids are 7& 8 and they are so poud that I have lost both of their weights! They tell people " Mommy lost us!" Then of course I have alot to explain !
