Hello All ~hugs~
Happy Monday morning all.
Well I was driving to work this morning and my lil beetle overheated and the check engine light came on so we had to stop at the car dealer. Hubby was following me on his motorcycle and had to ride to work to get the work van so he could bring me to work....grrrrr well of course I was late so it was an uneasy start to this week.
Also on Thurs is the day I am getting my tooth pulled so of course I am already stressing over that.
What a baby I am
Well yesterday was a VERY bad eating day so I will just list what I eat, I know it was SOOO bad so please do not yell at me.
What I had yesterday:
1 1/2 small slices of frozen pizza
then later on that day I had yet another small slice.
8 oz carb control choc milk
1 Archive One
3 oz chicken, some antipasta salad and a taste of potato salad
1 string cheese
1 serving cheese it's
1 peach
3 pretzel rods
1 serving SmartFood Popcorn
OK there had to be more but I am drawing a blank right now.....
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: Worked on house...

Ugh! There's nothing like starting your Monday on a bad note! I feel your pain. But, think of it this way, you have nowhere to go but up, right??? Weekend eating is very challenging... you'll get no yelling from me! Here's what my day looked like yesterday:
B- 2 eggs, 1 piece of wheat toast
L- chinese food... pepper steak and vegetable chow mein. I ate too much and was in pain for about a half hour... happens every time I get chinese... I just can't seem to control myself!
D- about 4 oz. deli turkey
S- about 2 cups of movie butter popcorn
... oh, shame on me!
water: 32 oz... needs much improvement!
vitamins: C, B12, multi, calcium
Today's a new day.... and much easier when I'm working. Have a good one, Deb!

Yes the weekends are very challenging that is for sure.
Yes back on track today through now I am doing the craving carb thing.

Yesturday i had...
6am coffee with protein
B scrambled egg with swiss cheese, half banana and half of a mini bagel with butter
S popcorn
L 3/4 slice of pizza
coffee with protein
D chicken leg with mixed veggies and i baby corn on cob
S banana with peanut butter and some goldfish
Trying really hard to get back on track and stay away from the carbs...getting harder and harder....
