YEAH the week is closing...
This has been a crazy week for sure.....
What I had yesterday:
B: 2 egg whites,
After 1 hr from eating I had my Archive One protein drink, after that while in work meeting I had 1/2 bagel with butter.
L: 1 small Wendys lowfat chilli
S: 1 String Cheese, 1 pk SmartFood Popcorn
D: 3 oz grilled chicken without skin, salad with cucs - Spray dressing (low fat)
S: 1 serving Josephs s/f mini cookies, 8 oz Carb Control Choc Milk
Water: 64 oz water, 24 oz Diet coke
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: 1 mile, 25 mins on treadmill...

nice ha. the scale sucks. it says i gained 3 pounds AHHHHHHHHHH HOW!!!! i cant believe this. anyway i have alot to do today mt mother in law is coming for a week and NOT looking forward to that. wish me luck. I started to eat popcorn. and LOVE it again. I can get crazy with that though.. did u talk to kellie about a trip yet??? does anyone know if lentil soup is bad for us?? i ordered some from a restaurant and loved it and im having it for breakfast now... im trying to switch things up a little. have a great day. lol always roni

Hey you...
I have not talked to him about it yet because it would not be something we could do this year. To much to be done on the house still but we are getting there so that is good.
I really would love to go to Disney World as well, it has been so long since I have been there myself and Kelly has never been there but did go to Disney Land in CA....
Be careful with the popcorn because it is high in carbs...
Also I would think the lentil soup is the same way so try to look into those before ya get addicted.

S: Salad with ranch dressing, 15 mini rice cakes cheddar cheese flavored
L: Tuna sandwich, mayo, white bread ..i really need to get some lower carb bread...but this white bread isn't too bad it has 11 grams of carbs per slice, and 2 grams of protein. I heard wonder makes a protein rich white bread thats suppose to be really good.
S: 15 baby carrot sticks with ranch dressing
S: Brownie (mmmmm it was still warm out of the oven)
D: Sausage and peppers (about 2 1/2 large sausages, with lots of peppers and onions) 1/2 cup of rice, and a piece of italian bread.
S: Ice cream sandwich
S: Protein bar

Yes it sure did and now I have so see how I will be making this part of my every day routine......I wanted to start with 3 times a week but know I need this every day! I guess it is ok to increase it....see that is the old way of thinking...all or nothing, yeah know?...
I am slowly learning otherwise...

Hey Carly,
I had the Duodenal Switch. The top part is actually the Vertical Sleeve gastrectomy (VSG), so i have a banana shaped stomach that actually holds a small normal meal. The bottom part of the DS is the intestinal rerouting. They bypassed part of my small intestines ( more then they do with the RNY) so I malabsorb about 80 percent of the fat I eat, 50 percent of the protein, and 40 percent of the complex carbs, 0 percent of simple carbs. The further I get out from my surgery date the more heavily my body will rely on the malabsorbtion to continue losing weight and eventually main that goal weight.

Hi Debs,
Yay treadmill! You must feel great. I have gotten into a routine weekdays of 30 every morn (sometimes not fully awake when I climb on!) and it really gets my day started right!

Today:
B: Protein shake
L: Black bean soup, south beach protein bar
D: 3/4 of tuna fish sandwhich
all vits, ect
Not great on the H20 today..only 42 oz. Better tomorrow.
