Hello All ~hugs~ What I had yesterday: B: 1 oz cheese After 1 hr from eating I had my Archive One protein drink L: McDonalds Cheeseburger Kids meal: 1/2 cheeseburger and sm fries, sm diet coke S: 1 oz natural mixed nuts D: Seafood marinara (sp?): I did not have the pasta but I did eat some of the fresh seafood and of course 1 sl bread before the dinner with butter! S: 1 oz cheese it's Water: 40 oz water, 12 oz Diet coke Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: n/a Of course today I had a good breakfast: 1 Hardboiled and 1 oz cheese but I am so hungry already this morning........I will drink the water so that might help keep me full feeling. hey girl B- 1 can italtin wedding soup/and water hey do you get constipated with all that cheese??? what about beef jerky to chew on?? it works for me and its all protien. and i do nuts alot pistachios. they keep my hands busy. your doing soooooooooooooooo good deb. just think of the crape we would still be eating and how heavyier we would have gotten in this time frame. Roni, I love that soup.. for the most part the cheese does not bother me, some is low fat and others is regular as the fat is good for the poops. I will see what my labs come back as in Nov sometime so we will see if I am getting to much fat, I try to stick with about 40 grams a day! I love beef jerky and we will take a trip to the poconos soon to get the best around. The water from the salt is killer though.... love ya Debra P

Hey debra, B: Atkins shake S: Garbage eggs (everything but the kitchen sink was thrown in them..mushrooms, salsa, cheese), 1 1/2 slices of toast L: Tuna sandwich (3 oz of tuna, mayo and 2 slices of bread) S: 6 Saltines 1 oz of cheese D: Stewed Corned beef and rice S: 1 oz of cheese 1 cup low carb ice cream 9 mini cheddar cheese rice cakes.
