What I had yesterday:
B: 1 oz cheese
After 1 hr from eating I had my Archive One protein drink
S: 1 string cheese, 4 oz cottage cheese (2%)
L: 3 oz grilled salmon, 1 sm apple
S: 1 oz natural peanuts
D: 3 oz pork chop w/melted mozz cheese
S: 1 oz cheese it's
Water: 66 oz water, 24 oz Diet Siera Mist
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: n/a

Hi, Deb. Looks like your back on the "wagon." Keep up the good work. It's easier during the week, don't you think? Less opportunities to "cheat." Here's what my day looked like:
B- 3 oz. yogurt smoothie
L- Lettuce, 3 oz. turkey, 1 oz. mozz. cheese with reduced cal dressing
S- 1 small baked fish with breading, tartar sauce (the fish was gross!), 6 baby carrots
Supper #2- had about a half cup of spaghetti w/ meatsauce at my mom's house (it smelled so good, I couldn't resist)
water: 46 oz
vitamins: multi, C, B12, calcium
I need to increase my protein intake... my hair is really starting to fall out! Have a great day!

Hello hun, well I thought it was back on track but I had a craving big time for McDonalds SOOOO I had today for lunch a cheeseburger happy mean, I take the bottom of the bread and pull it off, folding the top! I know it saves one whole piece of bread. I guess that is better then eating the whole thing.
Also I did eat the small fries that came with it.
well I do get these craving from time to time and let them happen, moving on after.

Hey Debra,
B: Atkins Shake
S: Grilled cheese (2 slices of swiss)...lots of butter
L: stewed Corned beef and rice
D: 6 mini meat balls, and a 1/2 cup of pasta and sauce
S: Protein bar
I must have been part fish yesterday, I downed at least 8 or 9 16.9 oz bottles of water (i refill them with tap...but i use the bottles to track how much i drink). Add to that a protein shake, and I drank about 150 oz of liquids yesterday.

Hi Debra:
Yesterday was my followup with the surgeon (11 days since surgery). He said I was doing very well and could go back to work next Monday (whoopee
) Anyway, only about 4 months 'til retirement so I'll pass the time in no time at all.
Food doesnt taste that good lately..could be an aftereffect of the anesthesia???
Yesterday
B 1 c Farina
S 5 saltines
L 1/2 cheesburger (kids meal), 4 FF
S 5 saltines with 2 Tbs deviled ham
D 1/4 c of cottage cheese, 4 saltines
SF popsicle, SF fudgsicle
Down to 116 this morning. I have 1 more lb to go to goal and then I've really got to think about stabilizing my daily meals to a maintenance level. I feel like I really have to get in touch with the nutritionist.

WOW only 4 month left....lucky you..
it will go very fast I am sure...
CONGRATS!!! you are almost at goal....well shoot 1 lb I would say YOU ARE AT GOAL..
