Hi Debra, i need more protein. i am eating lots of hard boiled eggs lately. not sure if they are good. hubby says they are bad since of the cholestol.how is the Archive One protein drink? i never had it also i want to try the new protein delight cho/coconut protein. it sure sounds good. you have a good night also.. anita RNY~ Aug.28,2003 270/185/150 surgery/ current/goal PCOS / TTC Waiting on appoval for tummy tuck!

Anita, I know you should really only have 4 eggs a week so what I do is I will have 1 hard boiled egg and then 1 egg white only, sometimes just the whites only. I try to watch the fat some what. I really enjoy have my Archive One in the morning, it seems to really give me a boots so it can't be all that day. Some have said it is a high calorie drink but I think it is only 120 cals. I don't know about the protein delight but give it a try, anything to make sure you get the protein your body needs. Debra P

Hey debra, B: atkins shake L: scrambled eggs with mushrooms, onions and cheese, hashbrowns, and 3 slices of bacon Slice of carrot cake, 1/4 of a slice of chocolate cake D: Meatloaf, mash potatoes, broccoli and cheese S: Ice cream sandwich S: Protein bar I've lost 6 lbs since my last weigh in 2 weeks ago...down to 290....yay.
