Ok well lets just say that my weekend was REALLY busy, we took down a wall in the kitchen that we did not plan on, as we were just going to redo some of it but it was not done right and was sucure so we had to take it all down.....WOW....now my living room and kitchen are one.. :lo: we will be putting back the half wall the proper and safe way. It will just take us longer then planned but they it is OUR house.
Ok well my Sunday was BAD, I did not follow my low carb plan and I will just list what I had because I was just eating when hungery!
Archive One protein drink
1 String cheese
3 oz Wild Samon
Handful Pumpkins seeds
3 oz ground beef with noodles
1 oz cracker barrel cheese, 2%
1 pk SmartFood popcorn
1 pk cheese its
1 plum
1 oz pretzels
I was carb craved!!!
Water: 36 oz water, 24 oz Diet Siera Mist, 12 oz Diet Coke
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: Worked on House
OK back on track today and because I had so many carbs yesterday I gained 1 lbs back so we will see now that I am back today.

good morning. well im still at 215-216 and im getting aggrivated
anyway i had a great weekend and it went to fast. Next weekend we are going to Ocala to pick up Dereks mom so she can stay here for a week AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.. yes u heard me a week AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH... they r sooooooooooo different from me. Anyway Im craving carbs as well. I didnt think this was supposed to happen anymore . I just had half a sandwich on whole 12 grain bread and half an apple and hale a tomatoe. Well we also worked on the house. i texted u pic's of the table did u get them?? i love the bench seat. Well have a great day and know that your thought of !!!!!!!!! lol roni

Yes we still crave food that is why we STILL need to deal with WHY we eat! They only did surgery on our tummys not our minds.
We still want like before but most of the time we can not eat as much as before but if you graze all day long you can still gain the weight right back. The surgery is NOT the cure but it is just a tool! That is one thing that needs to be addressed to all pre-ops, I do not think they have "ALL" the info before having surgery, you know what I mean? I think we talked about that before your surgery but as most pre-ops we do not listen, I mean really listen because we are so excited about all of this, myself included!!! Now I am learning as I move forward.
Yes I got the pics this morning once I was out of my area, remember my cell does not work once I am home (mountains). I loved that set also, I would like something like that soon once we have the kitchen done.

what you are saying is sooooooooooooo right. I guess food will be a life long battle for me and most people. Isnt that a shame!!! I did remember that your phone service isnt good in the mountains ----------after i sent them
had that set made in a place called "furniture in the raw" and then they stain it any color. I just made baked ziti for my guys for dinner and i crave non of it sooooooo far. Im not in the mood for that i guess. I will try to get my water and protein in today
it gets boring but i will be ok. If you can do it I can do it. Your my inspiration. I wish I can hug u xoxoxoxxoxo lol love and peace roni

and yes it will be something we have to deal with forever, as any addict does. I guess as long as we keep it in check it would not be the worst thing right.
Well there is a place like that on LI that has the raw stuff and you pick what you want it finished in, I think that is just awesome because there are so many cool finishes! I taste have changed so much, I used to love light woods only and now I am totaly like cherry or mahagony(sp?)....
Yeah the foods and water get boring, I SOOOO hear you there but know that they are just for our health and we have to make them habit....

I think I can gain weight very esily if i don****ch. I dont really get that FULL feeling like everyone talks about. I know when i have had enough but thats not 2 bites and im done. I dont know. I have to give it more time its only 3 and a half months. i need to drink more water that for sure. do you really measure your water intake??? anyword on anyone from LI that i would know??? let me know. chat with u in the morning.. LOL

6am coffee with protein
B scrambled egg with swiss cheese, 3 strawberries and 2 slices turkey bacon
L 3/4 slice of pizza
S crackers
4pm coffee with protein
D chicken stir fried with onions and bbq sauce{ with some peas and carrots {threw it all up}
S popcorn, strawberries
did ok with the water but as always could do better..

Here is what I ate yesterday, Sunday, 9-24-06:
B- small scrambled egg
1/2 cup cottage cheese
L- 2 1/2 oz. beef liver
1 cup steamed cabbage
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
D- 1 1/2 scoops Wegmans whey protein powder (chocolate)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup skim milk
Fitday.com totals: 752 calories, 20 grams fat, 71 carbs, 77 grams protein
*Okay, I just want to say that I did not enter everything onto fitday.
We had Ladies Night last night and I junked out on stuff that I haven't accounted for yet. I won't lie, I carbed it up!
Stuff like: whole wheat bagel chips, a serving of veggie chips, and a Kashi Pumpkin Spice Flax granola bar. I'm trying to keep those carbs down, so that I can continue on the right path. Please keep me in your thoughts or say a prayer for me today as I continue on the straight and narrow, and not on the crooked and broad!!! Thanks.

Yeah I had a carb day yesterday as well....some days are just like that but I guess as long as we get back on track we are doing ok.
I put the stuff in fitday from yesterday and WOW it was like 116 carbs....eeekkk....it really did not feel all THAT bad but I guess that is why fitday.com is so good, so we can really see what we are eating.
Thanks again hun and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers when I say them for myself as well.
