Did you try to get insurance approval? Did you call the insurance company yourself or did you take the word of someone at work? If you did, the insurance company could say that they never rejected or told you that you weren't covered. I would definitely get a lawyer and see what, if anything, can be done. Another poster try Gary Viscio. I didn't need to use and attorney, but I've heard that he's pretty good and he's here in New York; not all the way across the country in California. No... I was denied and then appealed, and was still denied. They've screwed up royally! I'm going to look into Gary Visco. THanks. Traci
