Hello All,
Happy Weekend ~hugs~ I wanted to still post this so it keeps me on track so if ya want to add to it come on...
What I had yesterday:
B: 1 hard boiled egg white, 1 hard boiled egg
After 1 hr from eating I had my Archive One protein drink
S: 1 string cheese, 4 oz cottage cheese (2%)
L: 3 oz ground beef with 1 oz melted Cheddar (2%)
S: 4 oz carb control yogurt
D: 3 oz ham steak
S: 1 oz peanuts out of shell, natural
Water: 80 oz water, 12 oz Diet Siera Mist
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: walked 1 mile at lunch on trail
Got on scale today and was the same, I know maybe from the salt in the ham that did not help with retaining water so I am hoping to get all my water in today to see if that helps tomorrow. I am sorry about the weekend since I am home but trying to stay busy with the house repairs so that is good. I will also chew my gum like crazy
OK you all have a great weekend...

Hi Debra....I just viewed your profile.....wow, you are a different woman today. You have come such a long way. I am very proud of you and your dedication to self ...it truely shows. Your chronicle of weight loss in pictures was inspiring. I have written into my profile the ups and downs and new things that I have learned about myself. This is an amazing journey. When I first started they told me it would be....but I had no idea how amazing it would really be. I have Dr's Holover and Garber and I too know how fabulous they are. I am only 5 months out and I have lost 50 pounds in weight and 50 pounds in self loathing as well. I am finally smiling from the inside out now and it feels wonderful......You look fabulous.....

Susan,
Hun thank you so much for your kind and wonderful words.
Yes this journey sure has its ups and down but I tell you what, I feel the same way about making a big change in self loathing! That is a work in progess as much of my changes are but in the end it will be all worth it.
Thanks for sharing those thoughts with me hun.
I wish you only the best

Deb,
You're doing great. I am so impressed by your determination. Keep up the excellent work. I find that gum makes me hungry and get better results with sugar free mints. Have you tried Eclipse or Dentyne? Yum....
B: Rice cake with pnb
L: chicken parm (leftovers)
S: some pretzles (bad, bad
) and some nuts and raisins
D: broiled salmon, asparagus
40 oz water (another
)
At jazzercise, I pushed it up a notch and really worked my tail off. Lost one pound yesterday....87 total. I need to get to 100 soon or I'll throw myself off a bridge! (kidding)...
