Hi Debra....I just viewed your profile.....wow, you are a different woman today. You have come such a long way. I am very proud of you and your dedication to self ...it truely shows. Your chronicle of weight loss in pictures was inspiring. I have written into my profile the ups and downs and new things that I have learned about myself. This is an amazing journey. When I first started they told me it would be....but I had no idea how amazing it would really be. I have Dr's Holover and Garber and I too know how fabulous they are. I am only 5 months out and I have lost 50 pounds in weight and 50 pounds in self loathing as well. I am finally smiling from the inside out now and it feels wonderful......You look fabulous..... Hugs Susan

Susan, Hun thank you so much for your kind and wonderful words. Yes this journey sure has its ups and down but I tell you what, I feel the same way about making a big change in self loathing! That is a work in progess as much of my changes are but in the end it will be all worth it. Thanks for sharing those thoughts with me hun. I wish you only the best Debra P

Lost one pound yesterday....87 total. I need to get to 100 soon or I'll throw myself off a bridge! (kidding)... xox Aim
