Happy Thurs.....almost the end of the week..
What I had yesterday:
B: 1 hard boiled egg and 1 egg white only, 1 oz cheese......
After 1 hr from eating I had my Archive One protein drink
S: 4 oz Cottage Cheese
L: 3 oz grilled Chicken, 1 oz String Cheese
S: 1 slice ham and 1 slice swiss cheese rolled up
D: 3 oz turkey burger
S: 1/2 scoop Zero Carb Isopure Choc protein drink with 3 oz 1% milk, 1 tbs Cookies and Cream s/f Devinci syrup.
Water: 66 oz water, 12 oz Diet Siera Mist, 20 oz crystal light
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: N/A
Ok I am entering day 3 of my diet and all is good...

Good Morning,
Middle of my week I have to work saturdays.
What I had yesterday,
B- light and fit yogurt, then about 1/2 hour later had 1 package, pb cheese crackers
S- pure protein bar
L- ate late lunch 1 cup chili
D- when to dinner with hubby had 3/4 of a cup homemade chic noodle soup, and a few bites of cottage cheese
S- 2 oz. cheddar cheese
coffee some water

That darn scale just teased me for a day with the 159.5. Haven't seen it since. Also TOM maybe that is why. I never noticed how much fluid I gained during TOM til now.

Yeah I guess if you work Sats then this would be the middle of the week.
Hubby is off this Sat so that is good, we are working on the house yet again.
I know the scale was hanging around 160-162 for over 2 months but now it is moving again...

Hey Debra,
Yesterday i was hungry, I had general Tso's chicken left overs the day before, and i noticed when i eat foods with lots of sugar in them, the next day couple of days i am hungrier then i normally would be...combine that with the fact that my wife was burning a baked cookie scented candle that smelled like baking chocolate chips..and i was ravenous..lol.
B: atkins protein shake
S: hotdog wrapped in dough
L: Salad with Cheese and ranch dressing
Egg Roll
S: Cheese and crackers
D: Boneless spare ribs
chocolate pudding
S: Protein bar
S: Salad with cheese and ranch dressing

Yeah those candles are killer..
I only burn the pine and other natural smelling ones now..
Yes that is the carb/sugar monster I call it and it really makes ya more hungry that is for sure.

What I had yesterday:
B- 1.5 scoops of whey protein powder
1 cup of skim milk
1 tbsp. SF pistachio Jell-O pudding
*There's that amazing protein shake again!!!
S- Planters Deluxe Nut Mix (Almonds, Cashews & Macadamia nuts)
L- 1 cup Kashi Go Lean
1 cup skim milk
S- 1/2 Cortland apple
*Then a later snack- 6 oz. Light Blended (made w/Splenda) yogurt & 1 oz Polly-O string cheese reduced fat stick*
D- 1.5 oz (roughly) of beef roast (made in crock pot YUM!)
1/4 cup mashed white potato
S- 3 cups popcorn (not the best snack, I know!)
Fitday.com totals: 1037 calories (bad!), 38 grams fat, 97 carbs, and 88 grams protein. Not the best day. *sigh*

I tell you that fitday really makes ya look at what your eating when you see the totals right?.
Hun some days are better then others, as long as most of the time we are good for our health then that is doing great.
