Surgery For Me in Manhattan

Looks like I need some surgery but it is not WLS related. Three years ago I had micro surgery at the Hospital Of Special Surgery on 71st and York ave. Aparently I have poor genetics in my hands causing painful rubbing of bones in my thumb. Three years ago they removed a small bone from my left hand to relieve the pain and Dr Weiland had told me it was a matter of time before my right hand would need it as well. Today he confirmed that the right hand is ready, but no more bone removal there is a brand new product that they attach to the bone to eliminate the pain. I'll be in over night not sure when yet. Maybe I won't want to eat for a few weeks and drop more of this nasty weight. KB
