Hello JT,
You look great. Great job!!! I am new to this family. I had my surgery on 7/31/06 and have lost 27 lbs so far. I hate the protein shakes, but I do eat meat, cheese, peanut butter, etc to supplement the protein needed. I try to drink plenty of fluids though. I work out 3 to 4 times a week. What else can I do to increase my wt loss? ANy suggestions/comments?
Lisa
Hey JT,
Congrats, and continued success. Rememeber that we have our RNY as a tool but only a tool to continued success....but you sound like you're working it well.
Note to Lisa W: I don't MIND the shakes taste-wise but.....they do seem to make me gasssssssssssy. I wrote to the company last night to see if they are lactose-free or not. I have lactose intolerance so that may be part of it but the ultra-whipping in my awesome Magic Bullet pumps it up so much with air so who knows the real reason.
What kind do you drink?
CONGRATS AGAIN TO JT!!
