Hi ALL, Can someone exlain the #'s I see? for example here is one I saw - 330/228/165 I am assuming the first is your start weight, the last is your goal weight what is the middle #? your current weight??????? just wondering Britt

Britt: It is possible to mean manythings, but a general rule of thumb is: Preop or highest wt/Current WT/Goal WT sometimes if longer term posop may be: Preop or highest wt/lowest wt achieved/current wt *As wt regain is common.... I stick w/ preop/loweest but mine could read: 320/163/175 today!
