Normal BMI

Today I weigh 154 pounds (for a loss of 148 pounds), which makes my BMI 24.9 which is in the normal range (when I started my BMI was 48.7). Reaching a normal BMI was a super stretch goal of mine - I can't believe that it actually happened. I was staying steady in the low 170s until I had a lower body lift on 8/30. Since then I've lost about 19 pounds. (I still have swelling from the plastic surgery, so who knows, I may even lose some more. In addition, the muscle tightening and/or binder is restricting my ability to eat as much as I could prior to the surgery, so that may be contributing to the loss as well.) mary, Hun that is just awesome...CONGRATS I know that has to feel awesome, I should be into just being overweight soon and not obese so I am really looking forward to that myself. Being "normal" is awesome. Congrats again. Debra P
