What did ya eat?
Carbs... bummer. I feel your pain!!! Yesterday was better for me.
B- Yoplait yogurt smoothie 3-4 oz.
L- The meat and gravy from a lean cuisine
D- One breadstick at pizza hut with garlic butter sauce and 2 bites of pepperoni pizza (I know, shame on me!
)
S- half a banana w/ peanut butter
60 oz water, all vitamins, NO EXERCISE
Why can't I get motivated to do that????

Yeah i know many of us suffer with the carb monster...
The exercise is always something I need to work on as well.
Get into grove and then something happens.

B: Fried Egg with a ste *** and cheese on a buttered english muffin
S: Atkins protein shake
L: Tuna with about 3 tablespoons of Helmans mayo, and about 2 cups of mixed salad with cheese on top
S: Apple
D: 1 1/2 cups of Stewed corned beef and carrots with 1 cup of white rice and 1/2 cup of corn
S: Slice of yellow cake with choclate icing (home made...mmmmmm yum)

I am so happy to have the What did you eat? post back! You're the best!
It sounds like you're really battling carbs. I've heard that a carb fast can break the physical habit...do you think that would be helpful? Carbs can really take control unless you withdraw and take a stand!
Yesterday:
B: toast with melted cheeze
L: chicken salad and veg
D: SB diet chicken with whole wheat pasta---came right back up, ewwww! had yogurt and a banana a few hours later
48 oz water, vitamins, supplements, etc

Yeah I really want to start the Plateau Breaking Diet! I say I am going to start it then something happens and I don't......I need help to be able to start the diet.....
The carbs know that once I start that they will lose their hold...
I will try it again!!! and I will WIN!
