Hello All.....~hugs~ WOW it is Thurs already, well that is alright with me... Almost TGIF...... Yesterday was a BAD day!!! B: 1 scoop Protein Powder w/4 oz carb control milk and 5 oz coffee. S: 1 Buttered Roll(yes i eat the whole thing ), 1 String Cheese L: 3 oz grilled chicken, about 5 slices cucumber, 15 grapes S: 1 plum, 1 pk SmartFood popcorn D: 5 spoonfulls of split pea soup (gave the rest of hubby), picked my cucs from the salad and then had 3 cheese ravioli. Water: 50 oz water, 12 oz Diet Siera Mist. Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: Walked 40 mins at lunch, about 1 1/2 miles on trail Ok another higher carb day I swear I will beat these carbs!!!! Let me tell you. I ate all day yesterday. All good things but still ate alot all day due to a womanly thing anyway I will do better today. Im not eating alot of carbs but I know thats a factor later in months and I will watch for that. My friend lori is 8 months out and she is craving carbs. Im a carb lover and have to fight it also anyway did u get the rest of my pic's??? I drank a green diet tea this morning so far and nothing else. Im not a big eater in the morning. Roni, I got the one of Jake and Caden in the pool, so cute....that came in this morning after I was able to get service again while heading to work...damn cell has NO SERVICE near and in my home....see what the mountains do... Yeah I am T.O.M. so I want to eat everything in site.... I have to give you this recipe for pancakes...WOW i had them this morning and let me tell you they are so good. What is t.O.M. Mean?? I just ate shrimp gumbo soup and took all the potatoes out of it and I had tomatoes and asparagus. I have to go to the bank and do some errands and be back in time for my cleaning girl. Im always on the run. I want that recipe for the pancakes. I would love to live in the mountains send me some pic's. Derek and I should down size our lifes. We like the mountain thought. Sounds peaceful, something I need... Oprah had a whole segment on minimizing a crazy life and how to relax and enjoy more, and I think we would enjoy the woods and tress and mountains. I want no car payments, no big house to clean, and not alot of running around . Something like that!! Its very crowded here and the traffic is un-real. So I would like to get away from the rat race. Thats what I mean. I remember when my parents had property in upstate ny and it was so peaceful and everyone was so nice. Thats what I wish for now how have u done today?? Im ok. I had some celery with that spray cheese and some nuts pretty good.. What time do you get off??? How many miles to the gallon do you get with your car??? I love it. I bet you look adorable in it to. Roni, Well i guess i have the trees but still have car payments and the house.... We do not get to relax all that much at this point with the new house, it was not taken care of before and we need to do all the TLC that it did not have back then. Traffic is so much better the the Island that is for sure, hate going back because I have to deal with going through the city...EEEEKKKK I have done pretty good today though I did sneak some Pringles a sec ago... Oh I crave those dan carbs The bug gets so much better milage then the Jeep Libby does but not sure what the number is.....I guess I will have to log it and find out. I LOVE that car.... Debra P

Im happy that you are happy !!! Im miserable today im tired and moody.But I cant help it everyone is on my nerves. I understand about the house. Our's isnt the way we want it either. Lots of work and $$$$...I texted you back today. Well had half a stuffed pepper and some wheat pasta. Not to much 4 dinner im aggrivated. well have a great night. This is what I had yesterday, Wednesday, 9-13-06: B- approx. 1/3 cup of Health Valley Oat Bran Almond cereal 3 oz. 2% milk (gag!) need to use it up and get rid of it!!! S- Polly-O reduced fat string cheese L- 1.9 oz. cup of Nile Spice Red Beans & Rice soup S- Light blended blueberry yogurt made w/Splenda D- 1 slice Ezekiel bread 3 oz. 75% light Cabot cheddar cheese 1 oz. low, low sodium bacon S- 1/2 homegrown tomato w/ranch dressing Fitday.com's totals: 931 calories, 25 grams fat, 98 carbs, and 76 grams protein.
