I'm still here hanging in there

Hi everyone I know it's been a long time since I have posted and I'm very sorry.....but it has been 7 months since the complication have started and still happening they can't figure out what is going on.....I still can't hold anything in or it just runs right through me......and this is a real problem I have to go to work and I can't go to far from the bathroom or or or well it's just very embarressing(sp)? and I really don't feel well....my stomach swells up so much it feels like the skin is going to rip and it causes lots of pain the doc had given me so meds but it's not helping.....I go from one extreme to the other and I have been so down and I know I shouldn't cause I am happy that I have past my goal and my doctors goal I have never been the size I am and I feel I look the best that I have ever been in my life I also thing I have much more healthier now than what I was before my surgery in Jan 2005...I was 346 pounds and size 26 now I am 170 pounds and size 10-12....I know I have come a long way and I'm not knocking that I just wish they could find out what is causing this to happen...my surgeon refered me to have a colonescopy which is friday the 15th and then and endiscopy and if they can't find anything still he wants to do a revision....I don't want a revision that means I can gain some weight back and I haven't stuck it out this long to gain weight back.... well I just want to let you know what's going on and really to say hi to everyone I miss you guys so much.....I hope to be back around more.... talk 2 u soon Christine 346/240/ 170 surgery date 01/31/2005 PS 03/08/2006

I'm so sorry to hear that things have been so hard for you Christine. I'm glad to hear that you're getting some tests done. Maybe they can get a better sense of how to help you once they have a look inside. Hang in there. Let us know what happens with the tests. Hugs, Amy

Thanks Amy it's been 7 months since this started and 3 surgeries but I still have hope that they will figure what is going on....I just take it one day at a time but some days are hard. Christine

My name is veronica and I was reading your site and feel so bad for you. I hope everything will pan out for you. I hadthe surgery 3 months ago and I have good and bad days but not 7 months. Hi Veronica Thank you for your kind words.....and congratulations on your surgery.....I thought the begining was the easy part....I had not complications until 7 months ago and that was 14 months out after surgery....I will keep you posted..... Christine

hey sweetie how are you .....I miss you....you are such and up lift....I will let you know as soon as I know something....I have had so many test done already and surgiers and I still have no answers but I do know I am still much more healthier now than what I was before surgery......
