I used Gary and my denial was overturned after 1 letter. After the crushing blow of the denial - it was reassuring knowing I had a professional in my corner. He was great and my approval letter came the day before my birthday March 10th. I had surgery on April 7th and have been doing great. My morning of surgery weight was 299.5 and I am down to 212.
