Hello everyone! 6am coffee with protein B croissant with butter L vegetable soup S popcorn coffee with protein D chicken breast with corn on cob S banana with peanut butter Hope everyone is well. I am stressing as today is my sons first full day of Pre K ....He has been crying every day that I leave him, teacher says he stops in a min or so after I leave but it still hurts....I hope he is doing ok today for a full one. He gets out at 3. I am missing him...so is his 3 year old brother. Have a good one.. LisaMarie

LisaMarie, hun I am sorry about your son being so upset, I am sure it is worse for you. ~hugs~ I hope today was better for him, let me know how it went since it is almost 3:30pm now. thanks for posting hun Debra P

Yesterday was a bad day for me... I felt sick all day, so I had a hard time eating. But here's what I got in: B- 3 oz. yoplait yogurt smoothie L- ate the meat out of a lean cuisine (maybe 1-2 oz) S- 1/2 banana w/ peanut butter D- 3 fish sticks with tartar sauce 60oz water, all vitamins Hoping today's better!!! Traci, Well I hope today is better for ya hun ~hugs~ I know we have days like that sometimes and there is no reason sometimes. I guess it is just how our pouches are feeling that day or we eat something to **** it off.. Thanks for posting hun Debra P

Hi Deb You have always been so good and keeping track of what you eat and I just don't keep good records of it.... but I think it was something like this B- cup cottage cheese string cheese L- chicken cutlet parm with ziti ( I didn't eat teh ziti thou) d- I ate the ziti lol....and a plum water I don't know how much I take any more somedays are great with water intake and others are not good at all.... Christine, Well as you can see it was not a good carb day so good or bad I guess I feel I do better if I have to post it... Though that did NOT work today...WOW tomorrows post will be a very bad one All I can say is T.O.M. makes me crazy... Yeah that is my story and I am sticking to it... Miss ya hun Debra P

70 ounces of water! Wow! I envy you! I've gotten up to 48oz today (from 40 yesterday), but not to 64 yet. How do you do it? B: Protein shake with banana and raspberries L:Chicken Salad plate D: Stirfry with chicken 48 oz h2o, all vitaminst and suppliments etc Happy Wedensday! xo Amy

Amy, That was yesterday but today I only got about 60 oz of water.... I do better on the days that I make myself down some water, meaning I stand there and drink as much as I can before feeling so full. I try to have about 24 oz down before having my breakast in the morning and it seems the other 2 24 oz bottles go down easier, one before lunch and one after lunch but before my afteroon snack. It takes a lot of work but I know how much our bodies need that and I do not want anything problems with my kidneys Take care hun Debra P

Here it goes: B- Vanilla whey protein powder shake (2% milk-gag!-1 1/2 scoops whey powder and frozen fresh peaches) L- 1/2 cup cottage cheese 6 oz. Light blended yogurt made with Splenda S- Polly-O reduced fat string cheese 2 oz. chicken D- 3 oz. chili from work (Wegmans) 2.4 ounces of tabbouleh S- 1/2 cup Health Valley Oat Bran and Almond cereal 1/2 homegrown tomato w/ranch dressing Fitday.com's totals: 965 calories, 25 grams fat, 100 carbs (yuckie), 83 grams protein Is that looking okay? I'm not sure. I'm not happy with the carbs. However, I feel like I'm still learning. Any suggestions? Jen Halliday

Jen, Your numbers look good but yeah the carbs are high, but I am having the same problem and I am not sure how to stop the cycle myself! See some days you have good carbs and I guess they are better then the bad but I know my Dr wants us to be around 40 grams a day of carbs....WOW that is hard for me.. I try to get better and we will see. Thanks for posting hun Debra P
