Hello All ~hugs~ Well here we are at Wednesday....YEAH! Ok what I had yesterday: B: 1/2 cup Koshi Go Lean cereal with 1/2 banana and about 4 oz carb control milk. S: 1 string cheese, 1 serving SmartFood Popcorn L: 3 oz shrimp over salad with light dressing, 1 oz cheddar cheese 2%, 15 grapes S: 1 peach, 1 pk Soy Chips D: 3 oz chicken leg, 1 ear corn-on-cob with pat of butter S: 1 serving cheese-it's Water: 70 oz water, 12 oz Diet Siera Mist. Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: Walked 40 mins at lunch, about 1 1/2 miles on trail Yesterday was a heavier carb day but not all bad carbs but just the same I still have to work on getting my carb intake back down! Good morning all, Yesturday was okay, but don't laught at the breakfast. B - .25 chicken lo mein - husband had that the night before for dinner and I was just craving it all night. L - Salad w/ 1/2 cup grilled chicken breast, cheddar cheese and lite dressing S - atkins high protein vanilla drink D - 3 0z. pork chop S - individual bag of popcorn Let's have a great hump day.....need to go get more vitamines this weekend, I've run out.
