Looking for Bariatric Coordinator- Busy bariatric private practice

Anyone know an experienced bariatric coordinator, or perhaps someone with an interest and a real go-getter attitude? My practice is looking for such a person for a busy bariatric surgical practice with two offices on Long Island?

I am a registered nurse living in Nesconset, NY. What type of credentials are you looking for? What hours? I have no experience as a bariatric coordinator, however, both my Mom and my sister have had Bariatric surgery.
