Hello All, ~hugs~ happy Tues.... Hey doesn't the day Tuesday seem like such a "just there" kind of day? Gets lost right. B: 8 oz carb control choc milk. 1/2 cup Cantalope 8 oz coffee with 1/2 scoop protein powder, s/f vanilla syrup and some carb control milk. S: 1 peach, 1 string cheese L: 3 oz tuna over salad with light dressing, 15 grapes S: 1 serving SmartFood Popcorn, 3 oz cottage cheese with fresh blueberries D: 3 wonton and broth (picked 3 pcs chicken from hubbys General Tos chicken) S: 1 serving cheese-it's Water: 73 oz water, 10 oz Crystal light. Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: n/a Ok still fighting with the scale, back today to 161....grrrrrr T.O.M. is coming so I am going to say it must be that... We will just let it go and see how it goes. I have relaxed some with the scale and I am working on just eating right. If I lose more weight then so be it, that is my goal but I can not work myself upset every time the scale plays with my numbers anymore. Ok well that is it, you all have a great day! Debra P

I hit the 50 pound mark today!!! B-3 oz. low carb, low sugar (low taste) yogurt L- Lean cuisine (low carb) S- broccoli, 3 bites of spaghetti w/ meatsauce... got really full for some reason? supplements... Vit C, calcium, multi, B12 60 oz water Have a great day!!! Traci

I've lingered around this board for quiet a while just reading reading reading. BUT TODAY I will share I am a month out and feel like I am sooooo behind... Yesterday I got all of my vitamins in except for ANY protein... I have fell nausa everytime i smell or try to eat anything with real nutritional value... and have had a terrible time getting protein shakes in..they make me GAG Breakfast I had some apple sauce Lunch I had chicken noodle soup (just the broth) Dinner same as lunch ..... I graduate to solids this friday, but I fell like I am NEVER going to get to the stage you're at!!!!! Anyway, that was a vent episode... you look amazing and congrats on reaching 161 (which is my goal) Have a great day! Kristen

Kristen, Hun you are still so new, give yourself time to heal and your new pouch time to get well....You will get there hun, trust in that. ~hugs~ Please try to get that protein in any way you can because that will help you heal! I am 15 months out so I am eating normal at this time and wish at times I can go back to the beginning, we all have challenges we have to work through at any stage of this journey, I guess that will be that way for the rest of our lives. girl im on now.. ya!!!! I ate thai food for lunch YUMMMMMYYYY ! how r u feeling??im ok. busy busy busy!!! im down to 219 as of today.I also had cottage cheese for breakfast i love it, and a small amount of protein drink. Im trying to get more proteinin cause my hair is thinning. BALDIE to me !!! Then i has all my vitamins and i will start journaling and documenting my every MOVE!!!! just eating moves HAHAHAhah i love u and have a great day!!! always and forever Roni

YOU are doing so awesome hun Yeah make sure you get your protein so the hair will stay as much as it will.... I know you have such beautiful hair! Im so excited to be on here how do u get all the faces that jump all over? They r cute.. I just drank an adkins choclate drink. Its has 15 grams of protein.Its good to and 1 gram of sugar. I cant eat any sugar. I dump so bad. How is the house coming along?? Ours is slow. We just got an estimate on a fence for the yard and boy its like $8,000.00 nice ha!!! I enjoyed my day with a friend and we had thai for lunch and she is great company and she is amazing. She lost 112 in 6 months. Wow. She looks great to. Im still 66 pounds heavier in my mind. I dont feel or see the lose. I know its a mind game. I have to get over that. How is work and kellie??? Derek and the boys r fine. Kenny is going to homecoming dance Saturday and im a wreck. He has a date and everything. What phone cell service do you have?? I have verizon.. Well I can send u pic's if u ave verizon. Write to me.
