I am trying to help a friend who lives in East Syracuse find a surgeon. If you know of a really good surgeon who does both the RNY and the LapBand, I would appreciate it if you would let me know.

Universty Hospital is great. I had Dr. Cunningham for a surgen. He's the head of surgery for the hospital. Only down fall is that he only does open but 5 months out and my scar is not really that bad. BUt there 5 other Dr. there and the staff is amzaing.
My physician was Dr. Carl Weiss in Auburn, NY about 25 miles from East Syracuse, my surgery was lap. Love the man, no complications, very caring, great staff, I could go on and on. Good luck to your friend in her search.
