Happy Monday All.... OK here we go.... B: 8 oz carb control choc milk then about 1/2 hr later I had 1 hard boiled egg white & 1 sl toast with pat of butter and s/f jelly S: 1 pk Cheese PB Crackers L: 2 oz grilled chicken ceasar salad with reg dressing S: String cheese, 1 serving SmartFood Popcorn D: 3 oz grilled chicken ceasar salad with reg dressing S: 1 apple Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: Worked in yard OK that is it.....~Hugs~ You all have a great day! Good Morning Deb, Glad to see this post back, I'll try to post as much as I can, as I find it helpful in keeping me on track. Yesterday I was out and about all day, so I did not so well. B- 1 egg and cheese omelet L- took daughter to chinese, I had tiny spoons of chicken brocoli, fried rice, two slices of potato cooked in butter, couple bites of the chicken poofies that I used to put sweet and sour sauce on, and fews bites of wonton soup, left more than half of what I put on my plate, just a couple bites of everything. Felt sicky for about half hour, then it settled down. D- was at the mall with daughter and hubby called wanted us to meet him for dinner, we ended up at Old Country Buffet, I had small slice of turkey prob 1/4 oz, about the same of some chicken covered in mushrooms and onions, salad w/ chic peas, beets, cheese, carrots, peas, sunflower seeds, ranch dressing, couple spoons of chicken soup, and couple spoons of SF frozen yogurt. Still left more than half of what I put on my plate. Did not get in much water at all. Did have some coffee here and there. Told ya it was a bad food day, but I tried to make good choices. Shannon, Well that is all we can ask for hun, making these "better" choices is more then we did before. I know making these small changes do not feel like much but they are very important for us. We do not need to be perfect all the time and I am learning that now. As long as we mostly do the right thing the rest will follow. Debra P

Morning Yesterday I slept in til 1pm!!! coffee. tuna on toast water 1 slice pizza ~ ` 6pm 1 slice pizza ~ 11pm tea Not a great food day, but today started better I also had my viatamins & supplements! Missed you yesterday Deb, give me a call after 7pm! linda

Hey everyone, hope all had a great weekend. Weekend eating is the worst for me because there is so much running around. B - 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ 1 slice turkey, 1 slice spiced ham and 1 slice of american cheese L - 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ 1 slice turkey, 1 slice spiced ham and 1 slice of american cheese D - 3 homemade meatballs around 1 ounce each S - 1/2 cup kashi go lean cereal w/ 1/4 cup of skim milk Have a great week. Hey Deb, I've been eating mostly mushy & loose foods because of my blockage but today I tried some crunchy stuff and am paying for it tonight... B Atkins bar S 6 skinny pretzels L 1 c tuna salad with chips S pnut butter crackers D 1 c mashed potatoes with gravy, 1/2 c spinach Tea, water, more tea, more water...still need about 10 oz more for today but I feel like I have no more room until what I ate passes through the blockage area and let's me feel better. I have to eat lightly or I'm afraid I'll end up back in the hospital and don't want that again!!! LindaM

Hiya Debra, Yesterday: B: Protein shake with fruit S: hand full of peanuts L: Tuna sandwich D: 3 oz chicken All vitamins, suppliments, calcium, etc. Did really bad on water and didn't exercise yesterday. Tough day at work. Ticks me off when I have to sacrifice self care for a too low paid job! Hopefully, I'll do better with water and exercise today Have a great day! xo Amy
