WOW TOOTERVILLE!!!
Hey Scott, dear friend!!!! TWOTERVILLE!!!! That is amazing in such a short period of time. And, you are eating like a normal person too!!!
I know you are proud of yourself, as you should be! Life must be so different and so much more enjoyable. Bet your family are enjoying you more too. I am so very happy for you.
Linda

It is seriously more enjoyable.
As for eating like a normal person, you bet!!!
I decided to go off the carb deep end today....here's what I had
B- Atkins Shake
B2- Pancakes with regular maple syrup smoothered in regular butter
L- Salad with mini meat balls (premade), cheese (regular not low fat) and lots of regular creamy ranch dressing
S- Atkins shake, Cheese and crackers
D- Perogies (the onion and potato kind) fried in butter, and a small piece of steak
Desert- Yellow cake with vanilla frosting (again regular full sugar).
I mean where else can you do that and still lose almost 200 lbs in 6 1/2 months???
Scott
PS For any non DSers out there ,please do not eat so much fat...you'll blow up like a ballon.
PSS- for any food police out there, i do eat low carb most days...sunday is my "day off" from that.
Congrats to you Scott! That's so freakin' awesome and also lucky you DS people can eat anything and no dumping! I am going with the RNY but mostly because I thought I wasn't big enough for the DS and I'm not sure how well that would go with me wanting to have children later. Otherwise, I would have gone for it!
About the Atkins Shakes: I have tried them and the chocolate ones are DELICIOUS. Yummy. They also have a good amount of protein in them and of course low on the carbs (think they have no carbs at all). I plan to stock up on those bad boys after my surgery.
