Protein storage??

Hi all! I was wondering... I bought a container of Any Whey Potein powder in January and I still have it. I stopped using it in June and went to something else. What is the shelf life of this stuff? Or is there a better way to store it so it keeps longer (you know, like how people put coffee in the fridge). Thanks! Aimee

aimee: I am sure you have checked, in case not is there a exp or use by date on canister?
