Century Club question

Hi All I have a question about the Century Club that I see on some of the profiles. How do you get that on your profile? Do I need to apply someplace for the Century Club membership? I appreciate any info that anyone can give me. I have lost 110 pounds in 13 months and 139 pounds total since beginning this journey. I would like to lose another 30 - 40 pounds.
