I am 4 weeks post today!!!
I waited to have sex until after my first post-op vistit. The Dr. said I could do whatever, as long as it didn't hurt. He told me no exercise, besides walking until 2 mo. post-op (my next visit). But I know each Doc has different guidelines, just call the office and the nurse should be able to tell you what your physician reccommends.
