Shannon, Nice Pictures. I read your profile. I'd like to be able to work out more too. I used to attend Healthworks, but the cost became too much. I wish I had a walking buddy. Thanks Everyone!!!! I figured I would post these so that people can realistically see the changes that our bodies go through. I don't mind showing them, because that is not me anymore, never again will I let myself get like that. I can remember how awful I felt when I saw those pics myself for the first time, they made me want to puke. Thanks for all the praises they mean alot to me.
