It is hard to believe that it has been just over a year since Michelle Anne Curran passed into the arms of our creator on 2/16/19 .
Michelle was born 10/15/49 in Vallejo, CA the only child of William and Jeanne McLelland. She is survived by her husband, Don, son?s Donovan and Ben Read, step children Kristopher and Michelle Curran, 3 grand and 5 step grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
She was the founder and president of Vitalady, Inc. providing support, information and encouragement to those having and seeking bariatric (weight loss) surgery.
In her honor her husband, Vitaguy, Don, will try to continue providing the products, information and encouragement to the bariatric community. You all, supported her for so many years, so we will continue to support you.

When was the last time you saw your surgeon/dietitian? The heart palpitations and throwing up are signs of dumping, so my best bet is that your tool is doing what it's supposed to do? are you getting less disciplined with your food intake? What happens when you go back to your pre or even newly post-op diet?
When you make an appointment to talk to a pro, have a food log of everything you've eaten to see where adjustments can be made. Makes things a bit easier when you have specifics.

If he is successful with his diet right now - why change anything? Just because another country has other guidelines doesn't mean they are better guidelines.
I will have to check them out! I think there is one around me but this will be a nice alternative to try! do they just season the chicken and it ends up being grilled or fried?
