Nutritionist at Johns Hopkins Bayview Bariatric Center told me that Celebrate Multi 60 and their Calcium chews would be all I needed. I priced them because I am on a fixed income. They will run me about 105.00 every two months. With OTC vitamins you will have to buy several different types and the cost could be a lot higher with more vitamins to take than with the Celebrate. To me Celebrate is worth it.

Just had my appointment with the Nutritionist at Johns Hopkins Bayview Bariatric Center. She is suggesting Celebrate Multi 60 and Calcium chews. Celebrate has all the vitamin requirements and is less expensive than having to buy five different types of vitamins to full fill your daily regiment. She told me to take two Celebrate Multi 60's at breakfast and then a chewable calcium for lunch dinner and snack. I priced Celebrate on there website and they will run me about 105.00 every two months.

I just had my appointment with my bariatric centers Nutritionist, she told me that Celebrate Multi Vit 60 had everything I needed except the calcium. I would take 2 Celebrate multi vit 60 for breakfast then a calcium chew for lunch dinner and end of day snack. I would not have to take my b 12 separately because Celebrate already has it in the multi. If you bought your vits from otc you would have to buy at least five different vits and that could cost a lot. I priced Celebrate on there website and it will only cost me 105.00 every two months. hope this helps.

I am thinking about ways to get my vitamins in every day. Is there a product that you can buy that gives you everything you need in a liquid form?
Thanks
Mark
I am 1 1/2 years post op and just recently went off Topamax and I'm afraid my appetite has increased since going off this drug. I'm petrified of weight gain!!
I went to Au Bon Pain and bought the broth off of thier chicken noodle soup. Far tastier than canned and no work required on my part.

I am looking to make some broths before I have VSG.
In your opinion which one is better? The homemade or store bought?
I am thinking about bone broth and veggie broth. I just can't seem to find what the best for you is and why. I will be freezing some if I do make it in the instapot
Thank you very much :)
Hi everybody, I´ve had my gastric sleeve a couple of years ago and had trouble getting back on track after my "honeymoon". But after lots of research and going with several bariatric doctors and specialized bariatric nutritionist I am back on track. Once you are out of the honeymoon it is much harder!
I am considering on elaborating an eBook with strategies, recipes, pictures and general tips ($15-30), do you guys think this is something people would purchase?
