I use Welnesse from Walmart. It works pretty well for me. The only chewable's I've tried are from GNC but they can get pretty pricey; unless you but one/get one free.
I keep my carbs low and add fats to get in the additional calories. If you have to wait 15 minutes to eat more you're essentially circumventing the system (and your restriction) in order to take in more calories. I would add in those calories are distinct protein/fat snacks separate from your meals or add something high fat to your meals (butter, mayo, heavy whipping cream, etc) that will add in the calories to maintain without adding bulk.

I had DS 6 years ago. Did great. Then I decided I liked to bake and eat home made bread. BLAAAAAAGH. Not wise. Gained 40 pounds. Developed symptoms of fibromyalgia. I was exhausted and tired and blurry headed. Then got a wild hair that I would try KETO.....WooooHoooooo.....weight came off like magic. My mood improved. No more Fibromyalgia symptoms. Not blurry headed or depressed. Stopped thinking about food altogether. Had to remind myself to eat. I was just ......normal. I was in control for the first time in my life. Carbs are the bane of humanity (IMO). My chlolesterol count is like a new born baby's. Im 70 years old....No more problems with diabetes....HA1c is 4.8.....No more meds of any kind. Lost my taste for sweets or carbs. I recommend it highly more than highly. But you cant play with it. You either are on it or you are not. Cant trick it or play with it or fudge. I have to admit my carb count are more like 50 grams or less per day. Fat content is scary at first but It has not negatively impacted my cardio vascular health. Be warned if you do it and you have been religious with it for a while and you decide to have a day where you go carb crazy you will be MISERABLE. Physical and mental train wreck. Body actually changes how it functions.
You have to be careful of your electrolytes (calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium etc) You have to stay well hydrated. You need to research it. Adkins updated version of low carb has done a lot of that work for you. But this is not a nutrition plan that you can be casual about. I love it.
However, I have not been taking vitamins and minerals needed for either the DS or keto. Im in great health but have developed osteoporosis. So now I gotta get serious about my vits and mins. I have to assume responsibility for my irresponsibility. I HATE pills of any kind. But I think pain is worse. Broken fragile bones hurt when you break them. Ive been lucky so far. Sorry that was too much info for one simple question.
At this point, 1100 calories seems to be maintenance, with 1-2 lb up or down, seemingly depending upon how much liquid I get in. Doing well with chewable vitamins and biotin, and I can see tiny hairs growing back in the patches that are so very thin.
I've set protein at 110 grams, fats at 34 grams, and balance in healthy carbs.
The variability and mystery comes in because I cannot eat a "normal" small plate with 3 items like people do. I have to finish all of one thing, and then wait about 15 minutes and do the healthy carb. Otherwise, my touchy stomach rebels.
This seems to mean I eat often throughout the day. My doctor said its fine with him, but wouldn't it be convenient to eat 3 meals and a snack? But just can't do it.
Any thoughts on how to juggle this? Gratefully I am retired, so I really can eat whenever. And if we are traveling or visiting the kids, I take my protein shakes and Triple Zero Yogurt to fill in the blanks without making a big deal of my diet.
Thanks!

IMO, that brand is overpriced supplements, and the makers is a "multilayer piramid sale company".
I use generic brand multivitamin (Centrum or equivalent to Centrum Store Brand).
I don't know of one multi vitamin supplement that had all we need, based on individual needs.
I.e some people do fine with relatively small dose of B12 per day, while others need much much higher to maintain good level of B12.

Failed lap-band to VSG revision in 2010 - fast forward to 2017 and I'm back at my pre surgery weight. Started Keto mid Dec 2017 and I'm down 35lbs and really am just comfortable with eating now. Its a great plan.

Whey is a "fast-acting" protein, so your body absorbs and digests it more rapidly than casein, making it more satiating in the short term. However, that also means whey may not keep you full for as long as casein can.
In a study published in 2010 in the journal "Arquivos Brasileiros de Endocrinologia & Metabologia," normal-weight subjects who supplemented their diets with casein without attempting to cut calories ate less than subjects who supplemented with whey.

At 4 years post op I found myself with a 35+ lb regain and facing the barrel of a scary health issue.
I jumped onto keto hardcore last November and have lost almost of the regain- with about 7 lbs to go.
I have no problems with it, in fact I feel great. I do drink an iced McDonald's coffee every day and still stay in ketosis. Right now I am deep into ketosis (I use a ketone meter) and have just jumped out of a 6 week stall with a 4 lb loss in the past 4 days.
There are a TON of great online resources, I really love youtube for recipes and ideas. I also use a lot of bariatric recipes that I found on this site and others, and just adapt them for my life. I have found substitutes for EVERYTHING. As part of keto I eat a small amount of berries every couple weeks and really look forward to that treat. Otherwise I eat salad every single day to get my veggies.
My all time favorite site for Keto is www.dietdoctor.com. the SCIENCE of keto is found there, in addition to thousands of recipes, videos, movies, presentations, etc.
