I know me too! I am hungry all the time.I can eat anything and have no problem drinking fliuds. The only good thing is I cannot eat as much thank goodness. I don't need to chew as much as it is suggested either…I hope this works out for us. I am down 27 pounds. I had my surgery on April 28 this year. Hang in there…its gotta get better. Someone said something about too much acid n the stomach. Good Luck!
I had the same issue. I found the bouillon packets/cubes helped with my craving. I know they have more sodium but at that point, I just didnt care. Patience with the process was also what I had to accept. I remember having this irrational urge for bacon during that time lol. Best of luck!
yes. and I didn't peel it either. I am figuring one zucchini per person..
I an on day 9 of my post op liquid diet and am jonesin' bad for salt. So many things I can have, yogurt, vitamin water, are all sweet. I don't like the sweet. I have tried some of those box liquid soups and they are so bland. Even chicken broth (low sodium) is flat.
What can I have??

you can apparently get samples of different brands before committing to a large quantity. So far, all whey based shakes make me nauseous. So, I can't recommend a brand. Hopefully this site will be helpful.

June 2nd vsg I tolerate fluids ,foods. I ate semi solid of two eggs dolup of yogurt on top. I wasn't to full but I didn't eat anything else but two hours later I was hungry again. I feel like I'm fighting the same battle before the surgery if its head hunger is still hunger which means it's no different I'm getting very frustrated I really thought that I was going to feel something different and I'm not everybody keep saying its head hunger its head Hunger weather atted hunger or real hunger its hunger nevertheless and it's still horrible I thought with this surgery and have some kind of a relief and it's just as much as a battle before the surgery and after not so sure I did the right thing. the 18 pounds that I lost was due to me starving it had nothing to do with my please or using my sleeve for restriction and better choices of food it was starvation so I can't credit my sweetie for those 18 pounds we'll see how it goes. Ugh

I am taking Vitamin D3 (50,000) once a day along with Vitamin K, but my vitamin D level is still very low. (It did go from 22 to 30 after adding the vitamin K.) Should I also add calcium to the mix for better results? Does anyone take more than 1 50,000 vit. D pill a day? Thanks.
I luv mine too!
