Can someone please remind me why drinking caffeinated coffee is not good?  I have a low acid brand and really think I need it!

Just try to eat healthy foods like lean meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, berries etc. Weight loss is not always about cutting food is more about eating healthy and balanced diet. Fat burning foods like avocado, blue berries, cinnamon, ginger, kale, cabbage, green tea, lemon, lean meat, cabbage, olive oil, salmon, almonds, sweet potatoes can also be very helpful in speeding up the weight loss process.

Try posting on the rny forum, you might get more feedback than on here. I'm a vsg'r so I don't have much advice to give you. I'm not sure how food plans were back then & if it has changed now. What I have noticed is that across all wls, protein forward diets is pretty common. I'm not sure how much you'll need since you malabsorb.

For my plan, I get at least 80g of protein, I shoot for 80g of water, get carbs from veggies first, then fruit, although usually there's no room for all that after the protein.

Don't be so down on yourself, you've realized that you have a problem & are taking steps to resolve it. That's not stupid. I'd also look into therapy to get to the reasons behind your eating, & of course you know, ditch the alcohol. Good Luck!

Hello , my friend   if you want to lose your weight, so you are required to follow proper way of diet and you need to eat your meal in proper manner.

For that you need to consult dietician . For that you are required to consult volumetrics .  Volumetrics isn’t just about eating lots but eating more of the foods that satisfy you while losing weight. It all comes down to the number of calories per mouthful.

You better consult the doctor to get the Nutrition list to followed.  eat the fruit Raspberry  it is also known as mountain berry or bramble. Among many fruits and vegetables, the raspberry ketone with bright color, sweet and sour taste is considered the "Golden noble fruit"

I love the Premier Protein shakes and each one is 30 grams of protein.  They are ready made and tasty.  My favorites are the strawberry and chocolate since they are more flavorful than the vanilla.  I have seen recipes to enhance the vanilla but I have not tried them.

Hi All,

I'm Day 1 of my 2 week pre op diet.   I'm the main cook in the house and was wondering how you handle having to cook for family while on this pre op diet?  I'll take any and all helpful hints!!

I love Jay Robb whey protein powder. Much prefer mixing my own to pre-packaged.  I keep a good selection of SF Torani flavors on hand for different tastes and often throw some PB2 in with the chocolate powder.

Quest protein has a lot of baking recipes available.  I have their powder specifically for cooking and baking and have really enjoyed some of their recipes.

Different protein bases (plant vs whey, etc) provide different types of results when baking, so make sure you are using the right kind for the recipes.
