I ended up having a bowel blockage, vomit in my longs, pneumonia, heart rate of 145. Went back to hospital last Saturday and went back into surgery by 4:00. They had to reopen all five incisions. Spent 9 more days in hospital. Moral of the story is listen to your instincts and get back to the hospital immediately if you think there is something wrong. I pray that the worst is over.
Egg-based protein powders might work for you.

I try to avoid replacement foods. When looking at nutritional information, my rule of thumb is at least 1 gram of protein for every 10 calories. Looking at the Almond Flour crackers, the first type I checked have only 3 grams of protein for 150 calories. Definitely not enough bang for your buck.
It's also good to get out of a the snacking mentality - when afternoon munchies come around? Ignore them.

I'd check with your medical team. Are you on full liquids? You may need to back up to clear liquids for another few days but 1st talk to the surgeon/team.

I had my surgery five days ago. I feel like everything is coming back up to my throat. Any thoughts on what I can do to alleviate this?
They actually taste pretty good! I tried one of their cakes too, and it was really good! Looked like carrot cake but it was vanilla. Very yummy. Simple Mills is the brand if anyone is interested.
There are hemp based protein powder- good for shakes. One high quality one is "Warrior Force", I have this one now and it is a near perfect protein. Dietitians (at least the one who talked with me at the VA) push the whey, but since I am not a WLS patient, ad I have only one kidney and renal issues I didn't want the higher carb whey.
I can add enough of the needed amino acid- leucine (found in almonds and other foods) to MAKE it complete amino acid balance for my daily nutrition. Anyway read up on it and consider if it will work for you.
I buy direct from the WarriorForce product site, but here is a link to one that shows various products.
You can also look at buying organic hulled hemp seed "hemp hearts" I just grind them fine and add to a shake, or usually just as they are, added to salads, other dishes. Toast lightly and makes a nice flavor. and it's the least expensive, unadulterated with anything else-flavorss, sweeteners/etc. (the FDA only allowed import of hemp seed as a raw food product in the last 4-5 years- most comes from Canada.)
I haven't looked at pea protein powder, it must have more carbs than hemp tho.. Best thing on hemp is 50% of daily potassium and magnesium in a 3 tbl serving! Once you progress to solid foods keep them in mind then too.

Warrior Food? says "No Whey" to high acid-forming, kidney-damaging animal proteins. No metabolic toxins from animal tissue/parts. BETTER AMINO ACID PROFILE THAN WHEY! Contains BCAAs for performance and mass. No chemicals or isolated nutrients. Nothing artificial. NON-GMO. Gluten Free. TruGanic?.
I found this brand of almond flour products on Amazon today. This company has a lot almond flour products, and are much lower in carbs and has some protein. I bought some snack crackers. I am excited to try them, they should be here tomorrow. Anybody else try something like this? Just exploring different options of things to keep in my office for when the afternoon munchies come around. I'm still presurgery and working on my life style changes.
I'll let you know how they taste.
