I find Quest products to be very high quality and one of the few products I like and can use. I have not used Quest ready to drink shakes, only the powder and bars. My criteria would be (1) a good look at whether they contain sugar alcohols, because I don't tolerate these well. The original Quest bars are very low on SA's, but newer flavors are higher. (2) Calories under 200. (3) Protein over 20 is a bonus.
I'm the owner of the Super Angel DELUXE juicer. It does a great job with hard fruits and vegetables. All in all, I use it every day. Every morning, usually before meal, I drink a glass of fresh celery juice or sometimes I drink it 30 minutes before or after any meal. It's pricey but definitely worth every penny. Bought mine on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Super-Angel-DELUXE-Extracting-Housing /dp/B00KRN9HKE/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Super+Angel+DELUXE&qid=15 80698968&s=home-garden&sr=1-1
My wife and I have Oster Blender Pro 1200 blender. This machine is quite powerful and is made for any life situation. We like to make a smoothie with it and it's very cool that it can blend even frozen foods and ice. But, unfortunately, it's quite noisy, so you will surely wake your family.

Please update me if you find anything helpful. I have the same symptoms except I also feel very nauseous in addition to vomiting. Usually I play boom beach upgrades to relax.. Hope you will try this.

I had RNY 2007. Like you had a super easy in most areas. I have developed resistance to some foods over the last 6-12 months. Bloating, constipation, diarrhea, an obnoxious gas. I'm very analytical so I resorted to journaling everything in and out. I've stumbled on a few correlations. White sugar, candy, ice cream, cakes....all cause GI distress, sweating, and racing heart. All raw fruits and veggies cause gas, some more than others. Hi fat foods and sugary foods cause me diarrhea. Sugar free treats are pure evil. Popcorn causes bad gas, diarrhea and bloating.
I find I do best with a diet of meats of all kinds, all kinds of cheeses, eggs, yogurt and my friendly veggies are cooked green beans, carrots and greens. My friendly fruits are lite canned peaches, pears and mandarins.
but this is just what works for me. trial and error. Journal. And ask. You're doing all the right things. Just don't give up.

Hello Everyone,
I am 8 years out and just feeling the need to do a check-in and to get back connected with this site for support. I don't believe I am experiencing weight gain. With that said, I am feeling the need to reinforce my maintenance efforts and to continue to stay on track. Admittedly, I have fallen off the exercise wagon and need some encouragement. I also want to ask everyone on here about the new Quest shakes and whether or not you have tried them, recommend them, dislike them, or whatever your opinion is about them for suitability to use for maintenance. I have only tried the salted caramel ones and they are surprising pretty good. I also like that they have 30 grams of protein in each shake, which is impressive. Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for the great and helpful thread here! What about some supplements and vitamins? Which do you think it is important to take? I like those I get from Canadian Pharmacy Online, for example. Maybe you will find something for you there too, have a look :)

I think it does... Which protein drinks do you like? Do you also take some supplements? I think they are good and helathy too... Maybe you will like the Canadian Pharmacy here. I often get some great stuff for me and my family from there, and I like it a lot
I am almost 7 years out from my RNY surgery. I lost 130lbs the year after and have gained back 50lbs now ?. I had a relatively easy time after surgery. Only dumped twice after ice cream. Everything I was fine with. Weird thing is the farther out I get the more issues I seem to be having. I dont do milk products anymore. Anything with white sugar gives me heart palpitations to the point of throwing up, I have a lot of loose bathroom issues and as of recently I feel sick, bloated and nauseous after eating almost ANYTHING!! I am so frustrated! I can barely eat yet still up 50 lbs! Any ideas?
I am on the keto diet and looking for keto supplements for better results in weight loss.
