I am wondering if anyone here is familar with the gastroparesis diet? I have something like gastroparesis/IBS. I want to know how to get enough fruits & veggies in my diet. And how to diet to lose weight since it seems like what is ok to eat has alot of bad carbs.
Anyone out there have any input?
