Infection and nutrition question

Hi folks - I have a quick question that someone out there might have an answer for... I am two years post-op and feeling great. For the first time in my life I have gotten a yeast infection in my mouth (twice) in the last 6 months. My dentist asked me yesterday if this could be due to a lack of nutrients of some sort. I will admit that I haven't been exactly diligent in taking my vitamins and other supplements.... Has anyone else experienced this or am I the only male in the world with this type of problem....
