Ok Summer's coming and I wanna know
"WHO'S READY FOR A CHALLENGE?"
Call me but now MORE than ever, I need extra motivation when it comes to exercise...

I challenge EVERYBODY (and I'll post this to as many boards as possible) to WALK, RUN, JOG, CRAWL, RIDE (bikes or whatever you can) at LEAST 5 miles A WEEK!
Come on YALL that's not a lot! So I KNOW I can do this, CAN YOU?

I will check in and out every Thursday (if I can) to motivate, and remind yall, but let's MOTIVATE each other!!!

I AM IN! I am from NH and still preop but they are thrilled that I have already lost 10 pounds from my first visit to Mass General on April 20th and I am wanting to make myself as healthy as possible before my surgery (not date yet but getting one Tuesday). I know that there is muscle wasting after surgery due to lack of nutrition and I want to build more muscle to help with that. I joined a health club but feel so uneasy going there because the whole "jockdom" thing.
