How to keep food warm
Good morning everyone,
This is my first post. I had Roux N Y on January 3rd. Everything is going GREAT and I am very happy with the results so far. I began to be able to eat pureed food last Thursday. I am trying to slow down my eating and take the suggested 20-30 minutes to eat, but I am finding it difficult for two reasons.
1) The amount of food is obviously very small. Breakfast is one scrambled egg, etc etc.
2) The food gets cold if I slow down long enough.
Other than simply microwaving the plate halfway through the meal, has anyone found a way to keep their food warm for their slower eating times?
