Not sure where you are in your process (pre op vs post op and if so at what stage)
Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt (15 grams of protein)
Small containers of chicken salad or tuna salad or egg salad served with fresh greens (e.g. bowl of salad)
Hard boiled eggs
Protein shakes made in a shaker bottle with fairlife skim milk (kept in fridge) and protein powder from individual packets or packed on your own in baggies.
Protein bars
Sargento Cheese snacks -- the little containers with the cheese, nuts and raisins or dried cranberries
Cheese sticks (cheddar, jack, mozzarella)
Cashews or Almonds

Perky Turkey Jerky
Beef Jerky (Jack Links makes a very low fat beef jerky)
Starkist single serving pouches of flavored or unflavored tuna. Low cal, relatively low carb and low fat. Go for Parm crackers or whole grain tortillas if you need an accompaniment.
Yogurt (Oikos Triple Zero is my favorite - coffee)
Egg beaters is also easy to cook in a microwave. 2 Tbsp of egg beaters takes about 30 seconds. Add salsa for a nice tasty addition.
Laughing cow cheese wedges (35 calorie ones)
Low fat string cheese
