Need flavorful meat recipes!
I enjoy flavorful meat more than a flavorful recipe. Nothing like a grilled ribeye.

Try searching Pinterest. You'll find a ton of variations. Here are a couple I use, but vary a lot:
for an Asian-ish flavour, great for stir fries:
1/4 cup soya sauce, 1/2 t each of powdered garlic, ginger and sriracha sauce (these are conservative amounts and you might want to play with them to get the flavour you want.
simple chicken rub:
1T smoked paprika
1/2 t of garlic powder
1/2t salt
2T oil
Optional : 1T of brown sugar I've made with and without. It's fine both ways, but I prefer with a bit of sugar, and the overall impact on my carb count is minimal.
hope it helps a bit!

One of these day's I'll learn how to post pics in here.
I'm still getting used to navigating and using the format.
In my opinion....tasty protein is about the easiest of things to conjure up. I tend to shop the perimeter of the stores and fresh meats and produce make it home every couple days.
The freezer section is now even better than ever, too. So many crock pot ready meals and low carb frozen eats.
If you enjoy grilling, as I do....then the sky is the limit to what you can do with protein.
Live, love and make the most out of what your surgeon has done for you...........live your life without excuses and without regrets.
