Need advice

I weigh 196 pounds and I want to reduce my weight. The main problem is that I'm not able to control my hunger, also I eat junk foods. I know it's not healthy and I should limit but I can't help when someone comes with sweets or hamburger. I just love it!! Is there a way to reduce my weight without compromising my favorite foods? This is the main reason why I'm not going to a dietitian.

95% of weight loss is diet.  Even those of us with surgery have to alter our diets.  If you can't control your hunger, it might be worthwhile to see a doctor as well as a counselor to determine why.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

There's nothing at all wrong with a hamburger. As long as you don't eat and drink the rest of the stuff that goes along with it.

Eat the hamburger without the bun. But as long as you keep taking in sugar, your appetite will probably be out of control and you'll have strong cravings for other foods as well. Sodas and fruit juices are the worst, even natural fruit juices without added sugar are terrible. Sugar withdrawl isn't fun but only last a few days to a few weeks. Then you'll have a better chance to make good decisions. You can do it !

Thanks for the reply!! I'm thinking of consulting a doctor in my locality to discuss about all my health issues. If I could control my hunger then I could start a healthy diet and regular exercise.
