Hard Boiled eggs or egg sald?
I've heard others say that eggs can be difficult early on. I'd probably try a bite of a scrambled egg before going for hard boiled with mayo (or whatever kind of binder) in it. How are you doing otherwise? I'm still trying to get in all my water and protein.

So glad to hear from you. How are you? Been watching for posts from you.
I am doing well. I get my protein in, but can't eat all the meals every day. Otherwise good. I do struggle with the water too but get very close.

I have better luck with egg salad than just plain eggs. I guess because it's more moist? I LOVE egg salad! Eggs are a good source of protein but the previous reply is correct, they can be difficult early on. But like I mentioned, I can handle egg salad much better than a plain ol' egg.

Hard boiled eggs are a great way to get your protein. Last summer I brought a hard boiled egg with a baby bell cheese to work for lunch a lot because it was so easy. Now I need a little more than that. I made egg salad once, but honestly, I don't like to waste calories on mayo. It's just not worth it to me.
