Protein choices

I am 2 months out from sleeve surgery and finding how much I dislike dense proteins: meats, boiled eggs.

I really enjoy fruit, veggies, salads, soups, and fish.

What other protein options are there besides protein shakes that I absolutely detest?  Suggestions?

I would skip the fruit and all veggies bit green leafy ones. Fruit and many begs are pure sugar. As long asy Ou are eating them your body will use that reDy sugar for energy instead of burning your stored fat for energy. Burning less stored fat means you will lose less weight.

you don't really have to like dense proteins,you just have to do it.

You can get unflavored protein powder and add it to things you eat.
