Costco now has Premier Protein Bars

They are in the trunk of my car, but if I remember correctly, they have 30 grams of protein.  I tasted the mint bar in the store and it was delicious.  Bars are a trigger for me, so I keep them in the car in case I don't have any good food choices and need something to eat.  In the summer I can use the protein drinks but for the colder weather,  I don't want to worry about the shakes freezing.  It's nice to have reinforcements in the car.

Won't be buying them anymore.  Just looked at the label, 300 calories, 30 g of protein and 22 carbs.  I'll use them for exercising, but too many carbs to be used as a snack.

You could est half a bar... I used to carry mine in a snack type zip lock bag so I could eat 1/2 and then save the other half. There are 2 sizes of bars, this is the larger...
